Award-winning creative studio NoChintz has been crowned design practice of the year at the Mixology Awards in London.
The news comes just six months after the Manchester-based interiors and branding team was handed the award for best design team in the Northern awards, meaning that it now holds both titles which celebrate the best in office design.
The company’s operations director Dominic Beardwell said: “This is absolutely fantastic news and I am just so happy that all of our hard work has been recognised.
“Office design is one of the fastest growing areas of our business and we’re working with so many companies and developers – especially in the North West – to help them transform their workspaces. We’ve done it for clients at MediaCity, for businesses such as Bruntwood and Urban Splash and for independent owner-occupiers such as Capsule and Ampersand.
“We take a different approach to our work, making offices interesting spaces which – to meet the requirements of modern working – are becoming more akin to homes from home. I’m delighted our USP in this area has been recognised nationally.”
NoChintz was established in 2007 by Dominic and fellow directors Lucy Goddard and Natalie Gray; the senior team was bolstered last year with the promotion of Leanne Wookey to director. Leanne manages the studio’s office design portfolio.
