NoChintz Bolsters its Office Design Services With New Clients and National Award

NoChintz Bolsters its Office Design Services With New Clients and National Award

Multi-award winning interiors and branding studio, NoChintz is continuing to put its unique creative stamp on the region’s offices, having been appointed on a number of key commercial projects over the past month and scooping a national office design award.

The team, which is based in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter, is fast becoming the region’s go-to interior designer for creating contemporary office environments which meet the needs of the modern workforce. The latest developers to enlist their help include Urban Splash and Capital & Centric.
Capital & Centric will work with NoChintz on its North West commercial portfolio, using the designer’s expertise to create beautiful office spaces which are exciting, functional and of broad appeal.

The spaces will challenge conventional workspace and meet the needs of modern occupiers as Capital & Centric’s co-founder Tim Heatley explained: “We appointed NoChintz because they’ve delivered pioneering design in other sectors such as bars, restaurants and hotels. We’re bringing that same approach to our unique range of workspaces. They are experts in designing creative work environments that have personality and flair.”

The first building which will have its interiors designed by NoChintz is Tempest in Liverpool. Launching this month, the scheme is already 50% pre-let and NoChintz are working with each of the new tenants to guide them through their fit-out and design.

NoChintz associate director Leanne Wookey added: “We are incredibly excited to be working with a client who wants to challenge how workspaces are perceived. It’s something we are passionate about and something we already have a great track record in delivering.”

NoChintz has also been working with Urban Splash to redesign of some of its high profile schemes, including Schoolhouse in Trafford Park where it has completed a full refurbishment of vacant office space, and the Tea Factory in Liverpool.

Both client wins come on the back of NoChintz’s victory at the Mixology Awards in London, at which it was crowned design practice of the year. The awards recognise work within the office sector.

Leanne Wookey, director at NoChintz said: “Our commercial portfolio is growing stronger each month and we are thrilled to be working with such successful property brands such as Capital & Centric and Urban Splash.

“We are particularly delighted with the recognition that we are gaining in the industry, having just won top office design magazine Mixology’s designers of the year award for the South. This means that we now hold both the Northern and Southern award titles, a real demonstration of our achievements and reputation in this market.”
