Manchester startup iHub expands serviced office offering

Following the success of iHub Office, plans are underway to expand the company’s offering in Manchester and launch a brand new location in the West Midlands.

iHub launched on level 13 of City Tower in early 2015, and level 12 was swiftly acquired by the company as demand grew. Now, another improved facility on the prestigious 20th floor has been announced, which will harbour the tallest serviced office in the North West.

What’s more, a new Birmingham location will take iHub’s modern, luxurious and flexible office space further afield. With fit-out work beginning on the fourth floor of Colmore Gate in the new year, iHub Office will open its doors to new clients in spring. The city centre site will offer private offices and meeting rooms, as well as hot-desking space and beautifully designed communal areas.

“iHub office Manchester's quick success has formed the base for our growth across the rest of the UK,” explained Manchester manager Leigh Scott.

“Our strong and flexible product has meant that we have quickly agreed to expand for a second time within 12 months at City Tower.”

“iHub office will grow from strength to strength over the coming year, and our team with us.”
