Entwistle Green Appointed To Market £50m Foxhall Village Blackpool

Entwistle Green Land and New Homes has been appointed to market a £50million regeneration project in Blackpool.
The firm of estate agents will now work alongside Hollinwood Homes, part of the Marcus Worthington Group, which is developing 400 new homes across two plots of land off Rigby Road to oversee sales.
The new homes are being built in partnership with Blackpool Council and will consist of two, three and four bedroom properties.
Social housing provider Great Places Housing Group will also build 70 new affordable homes which will be made available for affordable rent.
The scheme which was designed by Broadway Malyan will also see a series of walkways that will link up both sites with the promenade, town centre and nearby parks.
There will also be a series of improvements made to Rigby Road as part of the area’s wider regeneration.
Mark Chadwick, residential development director of Hollinwood Homes, said: “Having worked with Entwistle Green on numerous projects across Lancashire, we believe it has the right professional knowledge and local understanding to successfully bring Foxhall Village to market.
“The development is set to completely revamp this part of Blackpool, to create a brand new and vibrant community, with high quality, energy efficient new homes nestled among plenty of outdoor space.”
