AJ Bell HQ sets global standard with TSK

AJ Bell's new head office at 4 Exchange Quay (EQ4) has been independently recognised as a high-performance workplace, ranking it as the highest rated office in the north west.

AJ Bell’s score places it in the top five out of the 2,750 buildings to have been rated globally by Leesman, the independent workplace effectiveness assessor, and in the top three in the UK. This is the culmination of an in-depth consultancy project with workplace specialists, TSK.

EQ4 has achieved a Leesman+ award, which is the highest rating issued by Leesman. The Leesman survey collects employee data to measure how supportive and effective a working environment is. Leesman ranks workplaces on a scale of 0 to 100, with the Leesman+ being awarded when a workplace averages 70 or above. AJ Bell scored 80.6. 

As well as the workplace consultancy, TSK led the design and build programme of EQ4 to create the best possible workplace for AJ Bell’s 500+ Manchester workforce. The Leesman+ award recognises EQ4 as a workplace designed to provide AJ Bell’s staff with the resources, flexibility and facilities necessary to boost productivity, deliver high quality customer service and support the company’s growth prospects.  

Blending a variety of flexible work settings and spaces, EQ4 also features a state-of-the-art gym, training and seminar suite, e-learning zone, dining area, amphitheatre and lounge that will transform into a bar for staff once a month.
