Romesa Kiani, aged 8, beat competition from 41 other students at her school with her design for Regenda Homes’ new ‘welcome to your new home’ cards.
A representative from Regenda Homes announced the winner at the school assembly, along with three runners up.
Kevin Short, Communities Team Leader, said: “It was very difficult picking a winner for the competition as we received so many outstanding entries.
“However, Romesa’s design really stood out and we felt it was a fantastic representation of Regenda Homes and a great welcome for our new residents.
“We decided to involve Our Lady Immaculate Primary School because we do a lot of community work around Everton, so wanted to involve local residents and give something back.
The winning card design has been transformed in to a professional welcome card, and will be sent to all new Regenda Homes residents from January 2018.
