Property developer Forth Homes has been announced as the main sponsor for this year’s NWPAs.
The prestigious event, which takes place on 20 October at Lutyens Crypt in Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, will celebrate the residential and commercial property sector across the whole of the North West, awarding the excellence in the industry through 12 award categories.
Forth Homes is quickly becoming one of Merseyside’s most proactive house builders; in the next 24 months the company will have somewhere in the region of 15 sites under construction across the North West, building in excess of 400 units.
The housebuilder is involved in a range of developments from affordable housing to luxury homes and is Help to Buy approved, offering home ownership for as little as a 5% deposit.
Director Ronnie Challinor, says: “We are incredibly excited to be the main sponsor of the NWPAs, which coincides with what will be a monumental year for Forth Homes.
“We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to give something back to the industry we are so grateful to be a part of by sponsoring the NWPAs, and we look forward to supporting the growth and recognition of similar local businesses.’’
This year residential estate and letting agencies are invited to submit their entries for the Residential Property Agency of the Year award, which is looking for an agency which can evidence growth and success and one that consistently delivers the highest levels of customer service.
Companies working in the residential sector can also enter the Best New Home, Show Home of the Year, Best Affordable Home, Regeneration Award and Property Apprentice categories.
MSB Solicitors, Redrow Homes Lancashire and North West, UK Business Supplies, The Foundry Agency, Yu Property Group and Countryside will join Forth Homes in sponsoring this year’s awards ceremony as category sponsors.
The closing date for all entries is 1 July 2016 and full entry details can be found on the NWPAs website.
