The Liverpool-based sales and lettings agency opened its new office on Duke Street, in the city’s Ropewalks area, with a special ‘paint the town blue’ themed launch event last night (6 October).
Formerly Bluerow Lettings, the new office launch comes in what has been an exciting period of growth for the agency, which recently expanded to become Bluerow Homes in support of its new sales division.
Established in 2008 by director Helen Griffin-Booth, the agency has now added residential sales and valuations to its lettings, investment and property management offering.
The ‘paint the town blue’ campaign has been launched to coincide with the inception of the sales division, as the new Bluerow Homes logo is set take over Liverpool and turn the city’s residential landscape blue.
Director, Helen Griffin-Booth, says: “Our new office launch marks an exciting new chapter for Bluerow Homes, following the inception of our new sales division. Our ‘paint the town blue’ campaign represents who we are today; a proactive agency that is fully confident in its services and continues to challenge clients’ perceptions of the sales and lettings industry.
“We look forward now to working with vendors and buyers, both new and old, as we continue to grow across Liverpool and beyond.”
"Our paint the town blue campaign represents who we are today a proactive agency that is fully confident in its services and continues to challenge clients perceptions of the industry "
