Joseph Williams Place has now released a number of eagerly awaited three-bedroom homes onto the market, following the launch of the scheme in Belle Vale this Spring.

Joseph Williams Place releases 3-bedroom homes

Developed by Compendium Living, Joseph Williams Place is situated on the site of the old Joseph Williams School in Belle Vale, which closed in 1997 and was once attended by the young Sir Paul McCartney. As well as a mix of 110 high quality two, three and four bedroom homes, the development will also include significant landscaped green space, providing improved pedestrian access to the local shops, other amenities and is in close proximity to Gateacre High School and Childwall Valley Primary School.

There are 11 different house types available, with three types of two-bedroom homes and four types of three-bedroom and four-bedroom homes. Two two-bedroom Hazeltons were initially released, with prices starting from £126,995 and now four three-bedroom homes are available, with a Fernley, Wrenley, Bayley and Thornley each released for sale, starting from £142,995.

The three-bedrooms homes feature a great sized kitchen with premium appliances such as a Zanussi oven, Indesit fridge freezer and dishwasher, downstairs WC, spacious living/dining area with French doors to the garden, and a stylish bathroom with Porcelanosa shower tiles and chrome fittings. The Bayley, Thornley and Fernley also offer a luxury en-suite bathroom. All properties benefit from energy efficient boilers and appliances, meaning ongoing energy costs will be cheaper than those associated with an older home.

Dave Bullock from Compendium Living said: “We’ve had a lot of enquiries about our three-bed properties and we’re delighted we can now respond to that interest by releasing one of each three-bed house type. There’s been a real range of interested purchasers visiting the show home, from first time buyers, to growing families and retired couples looking to downsize, and we have a variety of house types to accommodate all their needs.

The location has been a real pull, close to the shops and a number of excellent schools. And with Help to Buy available on all our properties, it provides an excellent opportunity for first time buyers to get on that all important first rung on the property ladder.”

The marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday, 10am – 5pm and can be accessed on Viennese Road via Braehurst Way, L25. For more information call 0151 515 5856.
