Liverpool Chartered Surveyors, Hitchcock Wright & Partners has won the ‘Best Commercial Agent Award’ at a prestigious property event in Liverpool.
Taking place on Thursday 15 October, the Your Move Property Awards celebrated Merseyside’s property market success, highlighting the region’s most successful residential and commercial firms.
Hitchcock Wright & Partners were presented with the award to commend its work as a commercial property agency which delivers outstanding service, producing the highest level of professionalism to clients.
The agency was established in 1992 by partners Peter Hitchcock and Eric Wright, and has since thrived, establishing a reputation for good professional service and integrity. Specialising in all aspects of commercial property, the agency works with clients such as Sainsburys, Oxfam, Liverpool University and Urban Splash.
Shortlisted alongside Hitchcock Wright in the category was Mason Owen, CBRE and Keppie Massie.
To determine a winner, the quality of service was measured by mystery shopping, several undercover visits to branches, phone calls and correspondence with agents.
