Bolton construction company Artez is going from strength to strength with the addition of three new members to its team. The expansion of the business comes following its success in 2013 having grown to a £2million turnover company with a pipeline of work that will double the turnover in 2014.
Lisa Dash joins Artez from regeneration company Urban Splash and will take up the role of accounts manager. Lisa, who is from West Lancashire will head up the finance team at the company and will be based at Artez's head office in Summerfield Court.
Artez also welcomes project manager Bill Cowan. Bill, who is from Liverpool and has been a construction manager for over twenty years is currently working across a number of key projects in Bolton but has been brought in to lead on the delivery of Artez’s largest contract to date, starting in April.
Fred Lundstrum is a qualified site supervisor with decades of experience working as a joiner and more recently a site manager / finishing foreman. His attention to detail is what sets him apart from other managers.
Artez was set up in 2010 by Mike Banton to provide the market with a holistic construction service that caters for all aspects of a project. Mike has grown the business to offer its clients expertise in funding, planning, project management and naturally, the construction and development processes. It has enjoyed a successful three-year trading history offering that service to clients around the UK. It is currently working on projects both locally and around the UK.
He said: “Last year proved that Artez is now a major player in the regional construction market and our growing team supports the level of business that we are involved in. We are delighted to welcome Lisa, Billy and Fred who I know will both play an important role in the future growth of the business."
Artez uses its understanding of the client, contractor and consultants’ needs to save clients cost and time in a challenging industry whilst also increasing the quality of the work carried out. For further information about the company visit:http://www.artezltd.co.uk/
