Firework PR, a communications agency based in Cheshire, has been appointed by EIFLA to raise awareness of its 3D architectural visualisation services. The news coincides with the company’s expansion into the North West with new offices opening soon in Cheshire. Firework will be implementing a content-driven campaign designed to capture both regional and national interest within the property sector.
Nigel Blanchard, CEO of EIFLA, said: “It was important to find a team that could create an interesting story that would help EIFLA stand out from the crowd, as it’s a highly competitive market. In addition, I needed a senior team that could simply lead my communications whilst I’m running the business and Firework has the expertise and experience to operate efficiently, as an extension to my team.”
Andrea Hounsham, Co-Director of Firework PR, added: “The importance of visuals in influencing decisions is well reported. If you’ve ever taken a 3D walk-through of a property online, you may well have benefitted from EIFLA’s architectural visualisations and we now have the opportunity to ensure its target markets of creative designers, architects, property developers and estate agents across the UK are aware of the benefits of choosing a company such as EIFLA.”
Founded in 2012 by ex-London PR Directors, Andrea Hounsham and Clare Wall, Firework PR offers creative and focused PR communications consultancy with a flexible, cost-effective approach.
EIFLA specialises in the production of photo-realistic images of properties, using the latest 3D renderings (CGIs) software with its state-of-the-art studio. For both residential and commercial developments, EIFLA is increasingly working with architects and town planners to demonstrate how proposed new developments will be placed within the existing environment.
