Muse Developments commissioned a new video ahead of international property conference MIPIM, which is being held in Cannes next week, to give its tenants the opportunity to explain how City Place is exceeding their expectations.

RSM, Power Solutions (UK) Ltd and Excello Law have all recently completed fit out and have moved their Chester-based employees into the building.

Some of the highlights from their interviews includes how the building has improved staff morale, how the connectivity and location next to Chester’s railway station will help their growth strategies within the city and how the new flexible work space design is improving team collaboration.

Mike Horner, regional director for Muse Developments, will be attending MIPIM and supporting the Cheshire and Warrington LEP. Mike will be showcasing City Place and illustrating how it is delivering the right commercial offering for the city when he speaks at an event on the LEP stand (P – 1 L66) on Wednesday 15th March at 3.30pm
