A home move for Mortgages Made Simple!

Following the recruitment of four new members of staff over the past year, Warrington based Mortgages Made Simple have moved to a new town centre location with bigger premises accommodating the bigger team and space for visiting clients.

The award-winning firm (Best Advisor Business Quality by Pink Awards in 2015) was established by Jennifer Yates in 2011, and the business which offers mortgage and protection services has gone from strength to strength since. Over the past 12 months, three new Mortgage & Protection Consultants have come on board, as well as an additional Mortgage Administrator.

Whilst the team growth has meant the need for a bigger office, the move to 3 Suez Street in Warrington town centre has also come with a decision to make the Mortgages Made Simple services more accessible to all stakeholders. This includes being closer to banks, solicitors, accountants and estate agents with whom Jennifer and the team have developed strong working relationships and from whom they receive numerous referrals, as well as being more accessible to their core customer base – Warrington and the wider area’s first-time buyers, people looking for a better deal, those wanting to invest in property or clients looking for suitable insurance protection for themselves or their family.

The move has already proved a success for Jennifer and her team with several ‘walk-ins’ coming in to find out more after just a few weeks of opening! With clear branding and the welcoming feel of the new premises from the cosy reception seating and lighting, to the Moroccan-effect tiles and welcome mat on the doorstep, it’s no wonder people are wanting to pop in to see Mortgages Made Simple’s new home!

Delighted at being settled in to the new premises, Owner of Mortgages Made Simple, Jennifer Yates, comments:

It’s been a lot of hard work making the move from Birchwood Park to our new office here on Suez Street. We’ve already met the neighbours and have exchanged business (!), but I am particularly pleased that our new location is working for my team and for our clients. Over the past 7 years we’ve built up a strong reputation and we get so many clients coming to us from recommendations as a result; I hope that our new office shows our friendly ethos, and I just want to say our door is open!”

Thanks goes to the contractors who helped launch the new premises: Architects, Gordon Nash, Nash Building Services; building redevelopment work was carried out by RFB Joinery; and the signage was installed by Impact Graphix & Signs Ltd.
