Small business owners, entrepreneurs and start ups of Manchester, make a note in your diaries now. iHub Offices will soon be opening its doors to brand new collaborative office space in the heart of Piccadilly Gardens.
iHub already operate across the 13th floor of City Tower, providing tenants with serviced offices, meeting rooms and luxurious common areas. Now, the 12th floor will join the company’s offering to provide a unique hot desking hub and business networking space.
Membership to the 12th floor will provide individuals with 24/7 access to fully serviced, state-of-the-art office facilities in an open plan environment. Desks, lockers, Wi-Fi, printing facilities and even refreshments are provided, so members have everything they need to hand. Discounted meeting room hire will also be available, coming complete with the latest audio visual equipment and assistance from a resident IT support team.
To celebrate the opening of their new floor on the 23rd June, iHub will be welcoming existing tenants and newcomers to join them from 4pm for drinks, a tour around the new facilities and access to a one-night-only membership discount.
"Our hot desking hub is ideal for startups, small businesses and even entrepreneurs looking for fully-serviced and luxurious office space, at a flexible and affordable cost."
“This will be the perfect opportunity for anyone curious about what the space has to offer,” explained iHub’s Leigh Scott.

There are no plans for iHub to stop there, and an ambitious five-year plan involves the opening of 20 to 30 more business centres across the UK. Instant Offices recently awarded the company for best sales performance in the UK, after iHub closed the most business in serviced office space across the North West.
“On average we’re closing deals after one in two viewings, which is really a testament to the quality of our offering here at iHub,” said Scott.
